Terms and Conditions for Collaborative Offer between Demystik and Phoenix Fitness Gyms in Bangalore:

Eligibility:

This offer is valid only on Demystik combo – MINI and Demystik combo - MAX packs as specified by Demystik.

Participating Gyms:

The offer is applicable only to selected Phoenix Fitness Gyms in Bangalore, as mentioned below:

Coupon Validity:

The coupon is valid for a period of 90 days after the purchase of the specified combo pack.

Transferability:

The coupon can be transferred to another individual before it is redeemed.

Redemption Limit:

The coupon can be used only once, irrespective of complete or partial usage. Once redeemed, it cannot be reused.

Excess Amount:

If the chosen membership by the customer exceeds the absolute value of the coupon, the customer is responsible for paying the excess amount.

Usage Restrictions:

The coupon cannot be used to pay for existing memberships and is applicable only for new or renewal of memberships.

Redemption Process:

The customer must present the coupon during the payment process at the selected Phoenix Fitness Gym.

Non-Transferable to Existing Memberships:

The coupon cannot be used to pay for or reduce the cost of existing memberships.

Branch Availability:

The coupon can be redeemed at any of the listed branches of Phoenix Fitness Gyms in Bangalore.

Coupon Absolute Value

The absolute value of the coupon is fixed.

With each purchase of Demystik combo – MINI, the purchaser receives a coupon of absolute value of Rs 4000.
With each purchase of Demystik combo – MAX, the purchaser receives a coupon of absolute value of Rs 8500.

Terms Modification:

Demystik reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.

By participating in this collaboration, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions set forth by Demystik.
